Founded in 1996 in Goián, in the Galician region of O Rosal, Pazo de Valdomiño is a distillery that blends tradition, terroir, and innovation.
Its identity is rooted in the exclusive use of Albariño grape pomace, carefully transformed into spirits and liqueurs of exceptional purity and aromatic finesse. The company manages around 35 hectares of vineyards and 10 hectares of mirabelle plum orchards, ensuring a short and sustainable supply chain.

The Pazo de Valdomiño portfolio includes traditional Galician spirits such as Aguardiente de Orujo de Galicia, Licor de Hierbas, Licor Café, and Ginabelle — an innovative gin that combines local botanicals with grape spirit.
Each product is crafted with respect for artisanal methods — meticulous ingredient selection, cold maceration, and slow distillation — while incorporating modern control and refinement techniques.
